Teachers of the tools and techniques of Svaroopa® yoga have access to the most

how to work with a variety of bodies. Svaroopa® yoga training at all levels
includes yoga philosophy and ancient texts, anatomy, pose teaching, effective

![]() Fair Oaks Kathy Biasotti has practiced yoga for over nine years. She has experienced
numerous Hatha Yoga styles, studying yoga philosophy and history,
as well as other yogic practices including chanting, and meditation.
Initially trained and apprenticed under a master yoga teacher in
the classical tradition, Kathy has received formal training in Foundations
of Svaroopa Yoga at the Mount Madonna Center with Swami Nirmalanda,
and has completed 100 hours of Svaroopa Teacher training. |

Kriyananda Devi has been practicing and teaching for over 30 years, starting her exploration of yoga at age 15. She spent several years in India studying under the guidance of her teacher, Swami Prakashananda Saraswati. She is a graduate of Master Yoga Academy with over 1000 hours of training including special needs for students with physical limitations, is certified with Yoga Alliance, a certified Svaroopa® yoga instructor and an Embodyment® Yoga Therapist. |

Yoga in La Jolla, CA for several years after completing her training
there in 1996. She has studied yoga over the course of many years

traditions and schools of yoga. Betty views yoga as a transformative,
ongoing process of self discovery which brings calmness, peacefulness,
strength and resilence and renewed energy into one's daily life
and alters one's overall quality of life. |

700 hours of training from Master Yoga Academy. She understands
the needs of clients in pain; offering Embodyment®, Vichara and

that leads to most pain. She brings a calming presence, individualized

Dorothy's compassionate teaching style is complimented by her 25 years experience with bodywork, healing modalities, and the study and teaching of the Spiritual Path to Self-Awareness.
